FAQ’s How To Add your Business Listing
FAQ’s to add listing, Click the Orange button “List!” at the top right. Select “Create a free account” enter a user name (a short version of your business name), your email address, and a password. Click “Register” You are now registered. It’s that simple.
You are now logged in, you will see Welcome (your_username) in the top bar.
Now select the Orange Button ”Post Your Free Listing!”.
1 First enter up to 3 categories you wish you listing to appear under.
2 Give your listing a title (Normally the name of your Business)
3 Enter your full address including postal code.
4 Enter a contact name.
5 PHOTOS – Please Read – Select 1 photo for Free Listing, up to 5 photos for Premium Listing you would like to appear on the site, (please ensure they are jpg, 72dpi, RGB and the optimum size is 440pix wide by 270pix tall. Click ‘Upload Image’ and select your file from your chosen location. Try to keep the files under 100K for speed.
*Please note you cannot upload portrait photos, only landscape.
6 Enter a description of product or services you offer, please take your time and ensure you have all the details correct. It is an idea to prepare this in notepad prior to uploading your listing. Please keep this under 300 words if possible. You can also use HTML code.
7 Add Business opening times ie, Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm. if not applicable add “N/A”
8 Enter Phone no, Email address, Website address, Social Contacts, leave blank if not used.
9 Enter TAGS, i.e.. if you are a hairdresser then enter key words separated by a comma example: hair, beauty, nails, blow-dry, hair cut, colour, trim etc…
10 Select your Business Listing Package
Option 1:Trial Business or Non-Profit Listing.
This trial or Non-Profit listing is for 30 days, the trial listing will list all the details listed above.
Option 2: Premium Listing (Optional Paid Listing)
Your listing will appear in a Blue Box and will have a Flash in the corner saying Premium, listing will show up to 5 images, your mobile no, phone no, email address, website address will all be click-able, leads will be collected in your own contact box and be available in your admin area.
Option 3; Feature your Business Listing on Homepage OR Feature your listing on Category Page display slider for even more exposure. (Optional)
The cost for this is yearly. Payments are made through PayPal, via your account or by using a Credit/Debit card Details On Advertising Costs HERE.
Your listing can take up to 24 hours to be approved.
*Note* occasionally we publish a business listing upon a recommendation, the business details are usually taken from the business website, no copyright infringement is intended and links back to the relevant website are always given. If you think your business has been misrepresented in any way, please contact us with your concerns.
